JPI Building Control Approvers Ltd is a Registered Building Control Approver (RBCA) operating under a licence granted by the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) to carry out building control functions in England in Wales. All activities and functions are undertaken in accordance with the Building Safety Act 2022, the Building Act 1984 (as amended), and associated secondary legislation.
In delivering its services, JPI Building Control Approvers Ltd complies with the Building (Restricted Activities and Functions) (England) Regulations 2023, ensuring that statutory duties are discharged only by appropriately registered and competent persons.
